Abstract:

ITA is eliminating the regulation located at 15 CFR part 315 that describes how the Department of Commerce will determine whether applicants are bona fide motor-vehicle manufacturers under the Automotive Products Trade Act of 1965. The authority for the regulation (headnote 2, subpart B, part 6, schedule 6, Tariff Schedules of the United States (1987)) is no longer part of the Tariff Schedules of the United States.
