Title: Department of the Army Privacy Program | |
Abstract:
The DoD Privacy Program Regulation will be revised at 32 CFR part 310. It promotes uniformity in the DoD Privacy Program and applies to all Components. Therefore, there is no need for DoD Components to issue implementing rules. This part will be removed from the CFR once the revision of 32 CFR part 310 is complete. The cost savings associated with this part are consolidated under 32 CFR part 310. |
