Title: ●Law Enforcement Reporting
Abstract: This part concerns law enforcement reporting for a number of statutory requirements to better coordinate law enforcement work and personnel both within the Department of the Army, across DoD, and with other Federal, State, and local law enforcement officials. When this part was last updated, Army added registration of sex offenders on Army installations to effectuate federal and state registration requirements including the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA), 42 U.S.C. 16901 et seq,. Army is proposing to revise this part to remove internal Army policies and procedures, keep the sex offender registration chapter, rename the part "Law Enforcement," and include language pertaining to the detention of civilians on military installations.
