Title: ●Garnishment of Pay of Naval Military and Civilian Personnel for Collection of Child Support and Alimony | |
Abstract:
A legal review of this part determined that the rule is unnecessary because title 5 CFR part 581 addresses the same topic, encompasses the language found in part 734, and is a much more thorough regulation. For this reason, the Navy will repeal 32 CFR part 734. There are no cost savings associated with this regulatory action. |
