Title: National Reconnaissance Office Privacy Act Program | |
Abstract:
This direct final rule removes DoD’s regulation concerning the National Reconnaissance Office Privacy Act Program. DoD will publish a final rule titled "Department of Defense Privacy Program," which will be the single, consolidated Privacy rule for the Department at 32 CFR part 310 that contains all the codified information required for the Department. Therefore, 32 CFR part 326 will be removed from the CFR after the rule at 32 CFR part 310 is finalized. Cost savings associated with this part are consolidated under 32 CFR part 310. |
