Title: ●Background Checks on Individuals in DoD Child Care Services Programs | |
Abstract:
This rule describes requirements for criminal history background checks, including reinvestigation, and self-reporting, for individuals involved with delivering child care services. The rule is intended to support the workforce mission of the DoD and implement current law that covers individuals expected to have regular contact with children in the performance of child care services on a DoD installation or DoD-sanctioned program. This rule will be amended to remove references to the internal audience and include only information that affects civilians, military dependents and DoD contractors.
