Abstract:

This part provides policy on statutorily required child or child and spousal support allotments that cover members of the Military Services on extended active duty.  This part covers policies internal to DoD and are covered in DoD's internal Financial Management Regulation.  This part will be repealed from the CFR.  Cost savings have not been identified.
