Title: Standards for Data Exchange 
Abstract:

This rule would implement provisions of the Child and Family Services Improvement and Innovation Act and the Temporary Payroll Tax Cut Continuation Act requiring standards to be established for exchanging information between different information systems for IV-A and IV-B.
