Abstract:

This proposed rule will be a minor amendment to 43 CFR part 429. The proposed revisions to 43 CFR part 429 will bring it into compatibility with the requirements of 43 CFR part 5, Commercial Filming and Similar Projects and Still Photography on Certain Areas Under Department Jurisdiction.
