Title: Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp Contest Regulations; Revisions to Artwork Requirements and Administrative Updates and Corrections
Abstract: In 2016, we proposed to revise the regulations governing the annual Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp Contest (also known as the Federal Duck Stamp Contest). We now plan to revise this proposed rulemaking action based on comments we received, the need to make technical corrections (updates), and to incorporate administration priorities.
