Title: Eagle Permits; Revisions to Regulations for Eagle Permits for Indian Religious Use 
Abstract:

We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, propose revisions to the eagle Indian Religious Use permit.  The revisions are intended to add clarity to the Indian Religious Use eagle permit regulations, improve their implementation, and increase compliance, while providing protection for eagles.
