Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removal of the Interior Least Tern From the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
Abstract:

We will propose to remove the interior least tern from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife due to recovery. This bird species is found in 18 states, bounded by Montana to the north, Texas in the south, Indiana to the east, and New Mexico to the west.
