Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Sierra Nevada Red Fox 
Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for the Sierra Nevada red fox under the Endangered Species Act. This fox is found in California. We will also, if deemed prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for the Sierra Nevada red fox under the Endangered Species Act.
