Title: ●Management of the Marianas Trench Marine National Monument 
Abstract:

We plan to establish the processes for permitting access and activities, other than innocent passage, into the three units of the Marianas Trench Marine National Monument (Monument), the Islands Unit, the Trench Unit, and the Volcanic Unit, established pursuant to Presidential Proclamation 8335 of January 6, 2009. These regulations would provide for streamlined, coordinated agency management between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in coordination with Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
