Abstract:

This rulemaking proposes to amend the regulations that restrict the dates when an application may be submitted for a permit for a geological and geophysical exploration plan on the Coastal Plain (the 1002 area) of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge,as described in the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act.
