Title: ●Colonial National Historical Park; Launching Non-Motorized Vessels 
Abstract:

The rule would allow the park Superintendent to designate areas where non-motorized vessels may be launched and retrieved.  Except for designated locations, the rule would maintain an existing prohibition on the launching and landing of vessels except in emergency situations. Maintaining this restriction is necessary to protect sensitive archeological resources.
