Abstract:
The Department of State is amending the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to update defense trade policy toward South Sudan by adding South Sudan to its regulations on prohibited exports, imports, and sales to and from certain countries. This designation reflects a policy determination made by the Secretary of State. The amendment will be to 22 CFR 126.1. |
