Title: Community Reinvestment Act Regulations 
Abstract:

The OCC, the FRB, and the FDIC plan to issue a final rule which would amend the home mortgage loan and consumer loan definitions of the agencies' regulations implementing the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) to conform to recent changes made by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (Bureau) to Regulation C, which implements the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA); amend the CRA public file requirements for consistency with Regulation C; remove or update cross references within our CRA regulations related to the proposed changes in these definitions; and remove obsolete references to the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
