Title: Qualifying Master Netting Agreement
Abstract:

The OCC plans to finalize its interim final rule that amended the definition of "qualifying master netting agreement" under its regulatory capital and liquidity coverage ratio rule, as well as under its lending limits rule applicable to national banks and Federal savings associations.  The interim final rule also amended the definitions of "collateral agreement," "eligible margin loan," and "repo-style transaction" in the OCC's capital rules.
