Abstract:
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will propose to revise its regulations regarding notice requirements for community loss of eligibility for flood insurance under the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). FEMA will propose to remove outdated regulations that require publication of community loss of eligibility notices in the Federal Register, and replace them with a requirement that these notices be published on the internet.
