Title: ●Fees for the Unified Carrier Plan and Agreement(Section 610 Review) 
Abstract:

This rule will reset the registration fees and a fee bracket structure for the Unified Carrier Registration Agreement set to begin in calendar year 2018. The statute specifies that the fees are to be determined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration based upon the recommendation of the Unified Carrier Registration Board of Directors.
