Title: Award Term | |
Abstract:
NASA revised the NFS to implement policy addressing the use of "award terms” or additional contract periods of performance for which a contractor may earn for sustained superior performance, the Government has an ongoing need for the requirement, and funds are available for the additional period of performance. The purpose of the policy is to provide a non-monetary incentive in the form of an award term for contractors whose sustained performance has been excellent or superior. |
