Abstract:
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Commission) would propose to amend subpart C of part 50 of the Commission’s regulations. The proposal would amend the scope of market participants eligible to elect an exception or exemption from the Commission’s swap clearing requirement under section 2(h) of the Commodity Exchange Act. |
