Title: Amendments to Required Disclosure of Material Information Concerning a Swap 
Abstract:

Staff is considering recommending to the Commission proposed rules to amend 23.401 and 23.431 of the Commission’s regulations to permit swap dealers and major swap participants to enter into certain swaps without disclosing certain material information to a counterparty prior to entering into the swap.
