Abstract:

In the FY 2017 Operating Plan, the Commission directed staff to submit a briefing package and an ANPRM on furniture tipovers to the Commission. Staff is currently developing an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) Briefing Package for Commission consideration.
