Title: General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR); GSAR 2017-G502, Transition to Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protege Program | |
Abstract:
GSA is proposing to amend General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to remove regulations implementing GSA’s Mentor-Protégé program because SBA’s governmentwide Mentor-Protégé program established pursuant to the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 and the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 eliminates the need for GSA’s agency program. |
