Title: ●Emergency Mergers--Chartering and Field of Membership 
Abstract:

NCUA previously proposed changes to the definition of the term "in danger of insolvency" for emergency merger purposes.  This was done to provide NCUA with a more appropriate degree of flexibility and to better allow NCUA to act when the statutory criteria for an emergency merger are met.  NCUA will consider the public comments received on the proposal and work towards finalizing the rule.
