Abstract:

Pursuant to the Antarctic Conservation Act of 1978, the National Science Foundation is amending its regulations to reflect changes to the designated Antarctic Specially Protected Areas (ASPA), Antarctic Specially Managed Areas (ASMA) and Historical Sites or Monuments (HSM).
