Title: Notification of Aircraft and Railroad Accidents and Incidents 
Abstract:

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) plans to revise 49 CFR parts 830, governing notification of aircraft accidents and incidents, and 840, governing notification of railroad accidents and incidents. This RIN was merged with RIN 3147-AA06 because the NTSB anticipates making similar revisions to parts 802, 806, and 807. See RIN 3147-AA06 for all future activity related to parts 830 and 840.
