Title: U.S. Advanced Boiling Water Reactor (US-ABWR) Design Certification Renewal [NRC-2017-0090] 
Abstract:

This rule would amend the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's regulations in appendix A to 10 CFR part 52 to renew of the certification of the U.S. Advanced Boiling Water Reactor (US-ABWR) design.  Applicants intending to construct and operate a nuclear power plant using the US-ABWR design may do so by referencing this design certification rule.
