Abstract:

The direct final rule would amend the Commission's regulations by adding to the list of approved spent fuel storage casks that holders of power reactor operating licenses could use to store spent fuel amendments and a 40-year renewal of Certificate of Compliance (CoC) 1004 for the Standardized NUHOMS Horizontal Modular Storage System.
