Title: Privacy Procedures for Personnel Records | |
Abstract:
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) amends this rule to add a 60-day timeframe within which individuals may appeal or ask for administrative review when their requests to access or amend their Privacy Act records are initially denied. In addition, OPM amends this rule to exempt the OPM Central-9/Personnel Investigations Records, the OPM Internal 16/Adjudications Officer Control Files, the OPM Internal 20/Integrity Assurance Officer Control Files, and the OPM Internal 19/Investigative Training Records from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act. |
