Abstract:

The Presidio Trust is proposing minor revisions to its Federal Tort Claims Act regulations in order to make the regulations consistent with how the Trust processes payments of its tort claims, and to improve the clarity of the regulations. There are no anticipated costs associated with the proposed revisions.
