Title: ●Requests Under the Privacy Act 
Abstract:

The Presidio Trust is proposing revisions to its Privacy Act regulations in light of guidance issued by the Department of Justice and the Office of Management and Budget. The proposed revisions include a modified definition of individual, a requirement that individuals be notified of disclosures of information pertaining to them, and a requirement of proof of an individual’s identity prior to disclosing information. In addition, minor ministerial changes are proposed.  There are no anticipated costs associated with the proposed revisions.
