Section 1832(f) of the 2017 National Defense Authorization Act requires the SBA Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) to hear protests and appeals regarding a firm’s inclusion in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Center for Verification and Evaluation Database. To implement these statutory provisions, OHA intends to add two subparts to 13 CFR 134: one for protests; the other for appeals. The regulation will set forth a proposed process and deadlines for filing such protests and appeals, as well as OHA’s processing of them once filed. |
