Title: ●Amendments to International Trade Loan Programs | |
Abstract:
In an advance notice of proposed rulemaking, SBA plans to request public comment on options to amend its Export Working Capital Program (EWCP) and its International Trade Loan Program (ITLP) to provide greater flexibility and increase lender participation. SBA intends to request comments on the impact of amendments on borrower usage and lender participation. In addition, SBA plans to seek recommendations for pilot loan guarantee programs in the trade and export finance sector to increase the number of small business exporters and the volume of small business exports.
