Abstract:

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the Board) will finalize its repeal of its Regulation C, which was issued to implement the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.  The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has issued final rules that supersede the Board's Regulation C.
