Title: Miscellaneous Changes to Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Rules of Practice 
Abstract:

The rule changes will include updates to reflect Board precedent, increase efficiency, streamline proceedings, and codify existing practices. The changes would benefit the public by clarifying Board procedure, and would not impose any significant costs or risks on the public.
