Title: Commerce Control List: Amendments to Controls Related to Military Vehicles, Vessels of War, Submersible Vessels, Oceanographic Equipment, and Auxiliary and Miscellaneous Military Equipment
Abstract: The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is proposing to amend certain "600 series" Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs), on the Commerce Control List (CCL) in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR parts 730-774), to clarify the controls on items related to military vehicles, vessels of war, submersible vessels, oceanographic equipment, and auxiliary and miscellaneous military equipment. These proposed amendments address certain issues that were raised in the public comments submitted to BIS in response to its October 9, 2015 (80 FR 61137), notice of inquiry, which requested comments on these controls.
