Title: ●Revision of Export and Reexport License Requirements for Republic of South Sudan Under the Export Administration Regulations 
Abstract:

In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to update the EAR by adding the Republic of South Sudan (South Sudan) to Country Group D:5 (U.S. Arms Embargoed Countries) in Supplement No. 1 to part 740. This action conforms the EAR with the Department of State's amendments in the agency's rule of February 14, 2018, which added South Sudan to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) 22 CFR 126.1.
