Title: Department of the Air Force Freedom of Information Act Program 
Abstract:

Based on the publication of a DoD-wide rule FOIA rule published on 6 February 2018 (83 FR 5196), DoD is removing component sections of the CFR. This rule removes the Air Forcespecific rule last published on 28 December 1999 (64 FR 72808). Cost savings for this deregulatory action can be found as part of the DoD-wide rule.
