Abstract:

The RIN is being withdrawn and this case is being merged into RIN 0750-AJ72 "Undefinitized Contract Actions (DFARS Case 2018-D008)", which implements section 811 of the NDAA for FY 2017, as well as section 815 of the NDAA for FY 2018 relating to commercial items.
