Title: ●Procurement From Chinese Companies That Provide Support to North Korea (DFARS Case 2018-D019) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 888(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018.  Section 888(b) provides authority to terminate existing contracts or prohibit the award of contracts for the procurement of goods or services for DoD from certain Chinese commercial entities.
