DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to modify the clause at DFARS 252.247-7020, Additional Services, define the scope of the additional services required by the clause to ensure a mutual understanding between the Government and the contractor...The modification of this DFARS clause supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
