Abstract:
This proposed rule updates DoD policy and procedures concerning trial by foreign courts and treatment in foreign prisons of U.S. Armed Forces personnel, dependents of U.S. Armed Forces personnel, and nationals and non-nationals of the United States serving with, employed by, or accompanying the U.S. Armed Forces in an area outside the United States and territories and possessions of the United States, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and dependents of such persons (hereinafter referred to collectively as U.S. personnel). |
