Title: Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Freedom of Information Act Program 
Abstract:

The DoD Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program Regulation has been revised at 32 CFR part 286.  It promotes uniformity in the DoD FOIA program and applies to all components.  Therefore, there is no need for DoD components to issue implementing rules. This part will be removed from the CFR. Cost savings associated with this part are consolidated under 32 CFR part 286.
