Title: Removal of Suspended Regulations 
Abstract:

The regulations at 42 CFR part 136a were promulgated as a final rule in 1987, but have never been implemented and were referred to as suspended in the 1999 Federal Register notice. Another set of regulations (42 CFR part 136) currently addresses the same issues as 42 CFR part 136a.
