Abstract:
This proposed rule would allow more flexibility in the availability of grandfathered health plans in the individual and small group markets, as well as carry out the instructions in the October 12, 2017 Executive Order to consider expanding the use of health reimbursement accounts (HRAs), health savings accounts (HSAs), and association health plans (AHPs). |
