Title: ●Privacy Act Regulations; Exemption for the Investigations Case Management System | |
Abstract:
The Department of the Interior (Department) will amend its Privacy Act regulations to exempt certain records from particular provisions of the Privacy Act. Specifically, the Department would exempt certain records of the Department's Investigations Case Management system of records from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act. In order to accomplish this, the Department must publish a final rule. |
