Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Hawaiian Goose From Endangered to Threatened 
Abstract:

We will propose to reclassify the Hawaiian goose (nene) from endangered to threatened on the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. We will also propose a rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act to specify take exemptions for the Hawaiian goose. This bird is found in Hawaii.
